When the organization transitioned to Salesforce for its donor database, I helped select a solution that would allow online gifts, event registrations, petitions, and email signups to connect directly to Salesforce.

It was critical for all of these elements to be responsive, and I worked to integrate PayPal into our donate pages to minimize finger-typing for donors on their phones. The result: more new online donors than ever before. About 20% of the organization’s online donors are using the PayPal option.
