The organization was gearing up for a fundraising campaign about reproductive rights, and I decided to create our first multi-channel engagement campaign paired with a fundraising effort on the same topic. The team created compelling stories about reproductive rights victories Global Fund has supported. We developed three questions to prompt discussion on Twitter, Facebook, and our website, and I created graphics to capture interest on those channels and via email. The campaign raised the voices of hundreds of women worldwide, speaking frankly about the role of sex, pregnancy, abortion, and reproductive rights in their lives. The fundraising effort that followed beat the previous year’s results.
